Dear First Grade Families,
Welcome to first grade! I hope your family is enjoying a wonderful summer vacation! I look forward to meeting your children on the first day of school, Thursday, September 5th!
This year I will continue to focus on the social-emotional well-being of your child as well as establishing an authentic partnership with you in order to help your child succeed. I know that we will work together to make school a positive experience for your child as well as for you.
Additional Important Information
Snack Time
-The children will have a snack time each day. Please send a labeled, small healthy snack with your child each day. Make sure the snack is packed SEPARATE from your child’s lunch box to make our morning routine run smoothly. Some healthy snack suggestions include: pretzels, crackers, goldfish, ready to eat fruit, cheese sticks. Your child should be able to independently open and dispose of his/her snack,

Back to School Night
-Thursday, 9/12/24, is a shortened school day. We will detail homework, curriculum, school/class routines, and our school year.
